Two easy homemade house products for a chemical free life

Thought I could share with you guys two chemical free but very effective alternatives to regular store bought home products. If you're concerned with what you or your family members (including the furry ones, we can't forget about them) are breathing in think about switching over and making your own. It's cheap and super easy to do. There are a ton of recipes you can find online but here are my versions.
I have been making this room spray for some time now and I love it soooo much. So much that I figured I should share it with you. I spray this all over my house the bedroom, living room, bathroom, everywhere. It is so much better than all those nasty chemicals and artificial ingredients in most store bought sprays. Your home will smell amazing but you won't have to worry about what your breathing in and it's cheap to make!!?? Win all around.
Here's how you make it
2 cups water
1 cup rubbing alcohol (great for disinfecting surfaces)
7 drops orange essence (kills germs)
4 drops sandalwood essential oil
14 drops clove essential oil (another highly effective germ killer)
3 drops ylang ylang essential oil
21 drops hibiscus essential oil
Put all ingredients in a 1 qt. spray bottle, shake and spray away!
p.s. the purpose of all the other oils is well....... they smell amazing.

Here is a homemade cleaning spray that I use in the kitchen mostly but basically anywhere that needs cleaning (ahem....dogs that like to pee everywhere).
Here is what you'll need
1/2 cup white vinegar (must be white for disinfecting properties)
1/2 cup rubbing alcohol
1 cup water
5 drops clove essential oil
4 drops cinnamon essential oil
4 drops lemon essential oil
4 drops of lavender essential oil
These 4 essential oils are amazing for cleaning and getting rid of germs. They also smell great but feel free to add any other essential oils to alter the smell to your liking. Always shake before spraying!
